ABOUT STRENGTH AND TRAINING

All Strength & Conditioning sessions are instructed by a Can Fit Pro Certified Instructor.  Instructor brings experienced and extensive knowledge of sport-specific weight and speed training.   Personal Trainer has also had experience in a world-class fitness center as a personal trainer for the general public.  We can customize your programs to meet your personal or team goals.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is done at Peak Performance from 6:00am-9:00pm through appointment only. Our Can Fit Pro personal trainer has trained at a world class fitness facility and is experienced and knowledgeable. There are no sign up fees, or long term package contracts. A consultation of your personal fitness, weight-loss and health goals will be assessed and a personal program will be put together at no extra charge. Flexible scheduling based on your availability. TEAM TRAINING

Team training can be beneficial for your team to help them improve their overall speed, power, agility and conditioning. Each workout consists of personal attention geared towards your team goals.
