ABOUT OUR LESSONS
All of our lessons are done with our Elite Baseball and Softball Instructing staff. Each Private lesson is focused on the area of the game in which you specifically need improvement. The level of instruction varies upon age and developmental skill. We can cover anything from the basic fundamentals to the elite aspects of the game. Each session can be developed by the head instruction based on the skill set they assess or can be specifically geared toward a parent/coach/player request. We provide half an hour or one hour private or semi-private lessons slots. Typically, each half hour spot is focused on one particular skill set. For example, in a one hour session, 30 minutes would be focused on pitching, 30 minutes would be developing hitting. Please provide up to two weeks scheduling time in advance for instructors.
PPA Hithouse Lesson Cancellation Policy
PPA Hithouse has a policy with regard to cancellation of private and semi private lessons. This policy, effect April 9, 2018 will apply to all scheduled clients. This new policy will be a structured way for PPA Hithouse and our clients to control the cancellation of lessons while still allowing for unexpected events and sickness. Please read the below information about our facilities cancellation policy.
24 Hour Notice
The Policy states that any scheduled lesson may be cancelled without penalty if done so at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time by the client.
Less then 24 Hour Notice
Clients will be charged for their lesson if notification is within 24 hours of their scheduled lesson.
No Show Policy
Any lesson that you do not show up for without notifying PPA hithouse prior to the lesson time will automatically be charged as a lesson.
E-Mail Address
It is very important that we have a current client email address. All changes made by the Hithouse staff to any scheduled sessions will be made via this provided email address.
Lesson Longevity
Please be aware that lesson packages purchased are good for up to one year from the date of the first lesson completed.
